SMS and Email Delivery Data

For alerts, we track basic delivery data such as timestamps, delivery success or failure, and associated contact details.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide email and SMS alerts for your selected coverage areas
  • Process subscription payments and maintain billing records
  • Secure and maintain your account
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Improve the performance and reliability of the Service

  • Stripe, for secure payment processing
  • Our SMS provider, for message delivery

4. Text Message Policy

By subscribing and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS alerts at the frequency associated with your alert tier. Message and data rates may apply. You may disable SMS alerts in your account settings at any time.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Secure server environments
  • Tokenized payment processing through Stripe
  • Restricted internal access to customer data

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

We retain your information as long as your account remains active. After account closure, we may retain limited billing and subscription records as required for legal, tax, and audit purposes.
