Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds

JailWatch Pro™ is a digital, automated subscription service. Once a payment has been processed, all fees are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Fees for additional counties or coverage areas
  • Fees for upgraded alert tiers

We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, lack of activity or alerts, customer oversight, or delays in third-party data updates.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us immediately so we can investigate. If a billing error is confirmed, we will correct it as quickly as possible.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No additional subscription charges will be processed after cancellation.
  • No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

4. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, provided that we honor active billing periods already paid for. In rare cases where we terminate the Service entirely before the end of your current billing cycle, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or credit.
