JailWatch Pro™ (“Service,” “Platform,” “We,” or “Us”) is a subscription-based data-monitoring platform that detects newly booked inmates and provides automated alerts to our subscribers. We are not a bail bond agency, law enforcement entity, or government service. We do not control, alter, or guarantee the accuracy of public jail data.
Our service may include automated email alerts, automated SMS alerts (depending on your alert tier), access to booking information based on the counties you select, and a user dashboard to manage your subscription and coverage.
By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business. You are responsible for complying with all state laws, licensing requirements, and regulations related to bail bonding or inmate services in your jurisdiction.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be abusing, misusing, or attempting to overload the Service.
JailWatch Pro™ is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for:
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle until you cancel through your account dashboard. All pricing is listed on the pricing page. We may update prices from time to time with reasonable notice.
Our Service relies on third-party public jail and booking data. Because this information is outside our control, we do not guarantee:

Violating these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your access to the Service remains active through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds or prorated credits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JailWatch Pro™ and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunities, or damages resulting from:
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
